All Level Yoga

 A yoga class for every body. Modifications and challenges given to make each class just what you need. Move, breathe, be here now.


Active Flow 

​An invigorating Vinyasa (flow) class designed for students
familiar with basic poses. Move through asanas (postures) with fluidity and strength. Combines strength, balance, flexibility, and rest.


Core Power

An active class with a strong emphasis on core integration, general knowledge of basic poses is helpful.


Deep Relaxation

This all-level class will teach you to alleviate tension in the mind and body. Expect gentle stretches and deep breathing.


Slow Flow

​A lighter flow class that encourages movement and the flow of blood and oxygen through the body. Focus is on breathing, stretching, and releasing tension. This class will leave you feeling more balanced, on the mat & off.
 
 Intro to Yoga

​​Brand new to yoga? Enjoy this fun, simple introduction! You'll learn basic yoga poses in a relaxed environment, while focusing on safe body mechanics. The poses will help stretch, strengthen and release tension in the body while improving concentration. We'll go slowly so you can ask questions, which will help you develop good habits from the start. The session will end with a guided relaxation to reduce stress and quiet the mind. Also, great for anyone looking to get back to basics!
Wear comfortable clothes (not too loose), we have mats to share if you don't have your own yet! 


Restorative Yoga

​A deeply relaxing practice of supported poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing, and savasana (final resting pose). This meditative practice cultivates a necessary balance between body and mind while dissolving physical and mental tension. For any level student seeking to reduce the effects of stress. Expect to spend the class down on mat supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets.​


Chair Yoga

This is an active class that uses a chair as a prop. The class is beneficial for Seniors, Plus size, people protecting joints or anyone looking for a lighter practice. Chair yoga can be incorporated throughout the day while at the office, keeping the body & mind alert and flexible. Prenatals welcome, please notify instructor before class.


Kickboxing

​A 60 min action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class will improve strength, muscle tone and endurance. 
No equipment is needed. Class is barefoot.
Bring water.


Heated Flow

​A challenging practice that stimulates and energizes the mind and body.  This class will help build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility and release tension by combining an Active flow class with a heated room.
We do recommend that you have a knowledge of basic poses and prehydrate the day before class.  The room is heated between 85-90 degrees. 
Because of it's intensity and potential to cause heat related illness, hot flow isn't for everyone.  Be sure you check with your doctor before trying hot flow if you have any health concerns. If you have no health concerns and you want to try a hot yoga class, be sure to drink plenty of water, and stop if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or sick in any way.
